Jonathan Sheldon is a filmmaker, an author, and a songwriter. His current film “Swing State”, a political comedy, is in post production. “Swing State” marks Sheldon’s screenwriting and directorial debut after having produced several well-regarded independent films. Starting in music, Sheldon was signed to MCA records where he recorded and wrote songs professionally for a decade. He then ventured into film working for filmmakers Mark and Michael Polish and would eventually co-author a book with them on filmmaking called “The Declaration of Independent Filmmaking”(Harcourt/Brace).
